The room is open to both genders. :) The location is good with the city centre being 10 mins by walk and the Cardiff university main building being 15 min walk. The house comes fully furnished with all furniture needed. The landlord is a nice guy who will supply any furniture if needed. The other roommate David is also a nice guy who goes to work and returns late. The basic rent is 250 pounds. The bond is another 250. Bills sum up to around 60- 80 per month based on the usage. So you could set around 320-340 for everything. We are looking for minimum of 6 months contract although shorter terms can be discussed.
