My house in Splott could be the place for you if you are female and friendly and looking for a quiet, relaxed place to live, with just one other person (me, the female houseowner). I offer a double room in my 3-bedroomed house, a 20 minute walk from city centre (there is a good bus service) and I have a nice big garden which gets the sun most of the day (if there is any sun to be had!).
